Functional Training is a classified exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in everyday life.

Energy Burn

Like all machinery, your muscles must have fuel. This fuel comes from the foods you eat. Then your body transfers that food into energy, resulting in movement, which brings you one step closer to your fitness goals.
